Tile floors
Tile floors are included in the kitchen, entryway, bathroom, utility room, and other wet areas.
Shower wall
All house models include a shower wall to match the bathroom tile flooring. Additionally, there is a tile trim (border) typically 80–100 mm up the wall.
Walls
Gypsum
Many of our house models feature 15mm fiberglass plasterboard as the interior wall material. Plasterboard is durable, quick to install, and a commonly used material in modern construction.
Wood
Other house models have interior walls made of wood (profiled boards). Wooden walls create a cozy cottage atmosphere.
Doors
View your interior doors in SketchUp. You can easily adjust the door width, height, or even change the door itself.
Ceilings
Profile Boards
Many of our projects feature ceilings made of 15×95 mm profiled boards. The boards are easy to install and can be painted according to your preference.
Wooden
Wood-on-wood ceilings are constructed from 25×150 mm boards with 25×40 mm strips placed on top of the boards. This ceiling type adds a beautiful character and, like profiled boards, can easily be adapted to your style.
Gypsum
Plaster ceilings are also featured in some projects and help create a modern and minimalist look in the home’s spaces.

Door Casings
Your SketchUp model includes door casings that you can easily use to cut your casings in real-world construction.
Corner Trim
The models with interior walls made of wood will have corner moldings where the walls meet. These corner moldings are made of wood and measure 5×40 mm.
Shadow Trim
All houses with profiled board ceilings will also have shadow moldings installed. These moldings create a shadow effect at the transition from the wall to the ceiling.

Can I calculate the exact material usage with my model?
Are all the models fully furnished?
Yes, all SketchUp house models come fully furnished. When you download and import your project, you’ll open a model that is completely ready to use.
Can I easily change my interior design?
Super easily! In SketchUp, you can add and modify anything you want. Download items from SketchUp’s 3D Warehouse and customize your model to make it completely unique. Change everything, from the floors to the ceiling, and everything in between.
What other customization options do I have?
Endless! You can change anything you want. Remove the roof, alter the facade, change the windows, or even add a 30m² extension—it’s completely up to you. Of course, you can also use the model exactly as it is without making any changes.
Can I plan my interior design using only SketchUp?
Yes, we create everything for SketchUp users. You don’t need other CAD programs to fully understand your next build and have the necessary documentation ready for your authorities.
Do all models include outlets and other technical placements?
Yes, all projects include the complete placement of outlets. This ensures you know exactly where your electrician should run the wiring and how many outlets you’ll need. In addition to outlets, your house model also shows the placement of toilets, showers, sinks, kitchen faucets, range hoods, and more. Even if you’re not allowed to handle the technical installations yourself, this gives you a clear overview of where they should be placed and how many are needed.
